Working draft, to be reviewed and completed with the publisher's identity before release.

What we record

Your email address, and for each signal: the date, time, country, nearby city, time zone, source and an accuracy class. Your corrections, thresholds, planned trips and attachments.

What we don't record

Your GPS coordinates: they are used on our server to find the country and city, then discarded. Your Google Maps files and photos are read on your device and aren't uploaded.

Background location

With your consent ("Always"), the iPhone app receives notable location changes from the device, including when closed, solely to keep your presence journal. You can stop this at any time in iPhone settings.

Use

Your data is used to compute your days and produce your reports. No advertising, no selling, no cross-app tracking. It's only shared with people you give a link to.

Your rights

Export or delete everything from Settings. Deleting your account immediately erases your journal and documents. Write to support@daytrace.example.
